RECODemand Research

First-party research drawn from webinar programs RECODemand runs for its clients, and from pre-class assessments completed by the buyers who register for those webinars.

What is published here

RECODemand publishes two kinds of original data. The first is operational advertising performance from webinars the company manages on behalf of clients — cost per lead, show-up rate, cost per attendee, appointment rate and cost per appointment, reported by month. The second is buyer pre-class assessment data: 3,838 reported assessments so far, completed by people who registered for a RECODemand webinar.

Every figure is labelled by data month — the reporting period the data describes — not by the issue month it was published in. The two assessment samples are reported separately and are never merged: counts may be added, percentages may not, because the raw counts behind each percentage are not published. The two reporting periods total 3,838 reported assessments. Percentages from the two periods are not combined: the raw counts behind each percentage are not published, so a pooled figure cannot be calculated honestly.

Four categories, kept separate

  • First-party operational data. Aggregate advertising performance across managed programs. Not audited, not an industry benchmark, and not a projection for any individual client.
  • First-party survey / pre-class assessment data. Answers given by registrants before a class. A self-selected audience, not a representative consumer survey.
  • Individual client account (not typical results). One client describing their own business. Never averaged and never presented as what anyone else should expect.
  • Editorial interpretation. RECODemand’s reading of the numbers, clearly separated from the numbers themselves.

Reports

In preparation

These are not published yet. Rather than filling them with thin content, they stay unpublished until the underlying methodology or experiment data exists.

  • State of real estate webinars 2026Not published — requires verified methodology and more reporting periods.
  • Static versus video webinar adsNot published — no experiment data recorded.

Where the data comes from

Every figure traces back to an issue of RECODemand Insider, the monthly private-client briefing: Insider May 2026 (Issue No. 1), Insider June 2026 (Issue No. 2), Insider July 2026 (Issue No. 3). The PDF issues are a private-client publication; the pages on this website are public summaries of the parts that can be published accurately today.

How sources are handled across the whole site is described in content methodology and editorial standards. Program context lives on programs, and client accounts on case studies.
