RECODemand Pricing

Pricing is quoted per engagement rather than published as a fixed list. This page explains how the quoting process works, how the programs differ in what they include, and exactly what to ask for in a written quote.

Looking specifically for what RECODemand costs and how the total breaks down between service fee, media spend and subscriptions? The RECODemand cost page answers that directly. This page covers the pricing process and what each program includes.

Why there is no single price

Cost depends on which program you join, how much of the work is done for you, how many campaigns are being run, the level of creative and coaching involved, and the duration of the engagement. A one-time setup and training intensive and a twelve-month fully managed campaign are different pieces of work, so they are quoted differently. Your figure is confirmed in writing before you commit.

The four program levels

If you want them side by side rather than described one at a time, the program comparison sets out who runs the campaigns and what you implement in each.

Inner Circle — setup and training

A one-time intensive that installs your full client acquisition system and trains you to run it independently: strategy, infrastructure setup, an advisor overseeing onboarding, and coaching through your first webinars. Best if you want to own and operate the machine yourself. See the Inner Circle page.

Growth Suite — the managed collection

The umbrella for the fully managed programs: done-for-you webinar and ad campaign management, nurture campaigns, a dedicated success manager, and ongoing coaching. Best if you want to present and close while the campaigns are run for you. See the Growth Suite page.

Executive — fully managed campaigns

End-to-end management of live or pre-recorded webinar campaigns with daily conversion analysis, custom ad creative and marketing assets, a dedicated success manager and unlimited strategy calls. The page notes the program is capped in the number of clients accepted. See the Executive page.

Executive Plus — managed, extended

Everything in the managed model plus the deeper add-ons described on its page, including the automated nurture and VSL retargeting system for unconverted webinar leads and the done-for-you sponsor acquisition kit. See the Executive Plus page.

  • Who runs the campaigns. You (Inner Circle) or the RECODemand team (Growth Suite, Executive, Executive Plus).
  • Engagement shape. A one-time setup and training intensive versus an ongoing managed engagement — the Growth Suite page describes management measured in months.
  • Creative production. Templates and guidance versus custom ad creative and premium funnel design with split testing at the higher tiers.
  • Support model. Advisor-led onboarding versus a dedicated success manager with ongoing or unlimited strategy calls.
  • Additional assets. Nurture and retargeting systems, PR placements, masterminds and sponsor-acquisition assets appear at the higher tiers as described on those pages.

Confirm the exact inclusions for the program you are considering in writing — the pages above describe what each program covers, and your agreement is the authoritative version.

Fees versus third-party costs

Your fee to RECODemand is separate from money paid to other companies. Advertising spend goes to the ad platform, and software or CRM subscriptions are billed by those providers. Whether any of these are bundled into your program varies, so ask directly: which costs are included in my fee, and which will I pay to third parties? Get the answer in writing and budget for both.

What to request in a written quote

  • Itemised deliverables and who is responsible for each.
  • One-time setup fees versus recurring fees, and the billing frequency.
  • Recommended advertising budget and who controls the ad account.
  • Software or platform subscriptions required, and who pays them.
  • Timelines for setup, launch and the first performance review.
  • Support channels, response expectations and named points of contact.
  • Payment schedule and term length.
  • Cancellation and refund terms, referencing the Billing Policy.
  • What you keep — funnels, creative, lists and CRM data — if the engagement ends.

Read the Billing Policy and Terms and Conditions before signing anything.

A note on results

Cost is only one side of the decision. No program guarantees deals, revenue or a return on spend, and the outcomes described in our case studies reflect those clients' markets, budgets and implementation. Plan your budget on what you can commit for several months of testing, not on a projected return.

Results disclaimer: outcomes described anywhere on this site are the reported experience of individual clients. They are not typical, not averages and not guaranteed. No program guarantees deals, revenue or a return on advertising spend.
