RECODemand Cost

If you are searching for what RECODemand costs, this page gives the honest answer: there is no single universal price, and the total is made up of more than one number. Here is what those numbers are, what moves them, and exactly what to ask for in writing.

Official RECODemand page

This is an official RECODemand page, published and controlled by RECODemand. It is not an independent review website, and nothing on it has been rated, scored or verified by a third party.

No price figures are published anywhere on this site, because cost is quoted per engagement. Any number you are given should appear in a written quote and in your agreement before you commit.

The direct answer

There is no single published price for RECODemand. What you pay depends on four things: which program you join, how much of the work is done for you rather than by you, how long the engagement runs, and the advertising budget you fund alongside it. A one-time setup and training intensive and a twelve-month fully managed campaign are different pieces of work, so they are quoted differently. Your figure is confirmed in writing before you commit.

For the broader process — how quotes are put together and how the programs compare on inclusions — see how RECODemand pricing works. This page focuses specifically on what makes up your total cost.

Two separate costs: service fee and media spend

Your fee to RECODemand is separate from money paid to other companies. Advertising spend goes to the ad platform, and software or CRM subscriptions are billed by those providers. Whether any of these are bundled into your program varies, so ask directly: which costs are included in my fee, and which will I pay to third parties? Get the answer in writing and budget for both.

  • Service fee. Paid to RECODemand for the work described in your scope — setup, training, campaign management, creative, coaching and support, depending on the program.
  • Media spend. Paid to the advertising platform to put your webinar in front of an audience. It scales with how many registrations you want and what your market costs to reach.
  • Software and subscriptions. CRM, email and any platform tooling billed by those providers, unless your written scope says otherwise.
  • Your own time. Not an invoice, but a real cost. Presenting, following up and iterating is required in every program; only the amount changes.

What moves the number, program by program

The single biggest driver is how much of the system you run yourself. Each program page below describes what is included; nothing here adds a figure those pages do not state.

  • Self-run setup and training. Inner Circle is described as a one-time intensive: the infrastructure is installed, you are coached, and you operate the system afterwards. You carry more of the ongoing execution and therefore more of the ongoing time cost.
  • Fully managed. The Growth Suite programs are described as done-for-you: the team runs ads, funnels, creative, automation and booking while you present and close. More of the delivery sits with RECODemand, over a longer engagement.
  • Higher-touch managed. Executive and Executive Plus add daily conversion analysis, custom ad creative, a dedicated success manager, unlimited strategy calls and the further assets described on those pages. More production and more support means more scope.

Side-by-side, the program comparison shows who runs the campaigns and what you implement in each.

What to request in writing

Whoever you end up hiring, do not accept a single headline number. Ask for each of these in the quote:

  • Scope. Exactly what is delivered, by whom, and by when.
  • Deliverables. Itemised, with the responsible party against each one.
  • Term. Length of the engagement, billing frequency, and what happens at renewal.
  • Cancellation and refund terms. Notice period and treatment of prepaid amounts, cross-checked against the Billing Policy and Terms and Conditions.
  • Media budget. The recommended minimum, who controls the ad account, and whether spend passes through your card or theirs.
  • Reporting. Which metrics you see, how often, and in what format.
  • Ownership of assets. Which funnels, creative, lists and CRM data you keep if the engagement ends.

Comparing RECODemand with other providers

Headline fees are the least useful way to compare marketing providers, because they rarely cover the same work. Compare on total implementation burden instead:

  • How many hours per week you are expected to contribute, and doing what.
  • Whether creative production is included or quoted separately each time.
  • Whether media spend sits inside the fee or on top of it.
  • Who owns the ad account, the funnel and the contact data at the end.
  • What happens in month four if performance is below expectation.
  • Whether the model matches how you actually want to win clients.

A lower fee that requires more of your time, more of your own creative, and a separate ad budget can be the more expensive option. Price the whole engagement, not the invoice.

Cost versus outcome

Cost is one side of the decision; what clients have reported is the other, and the two should be weighed separately. RECODemand results explains how to interpret the outcomes reported in our case studies, and why they are not a projection for your business.

Results disclaimer: outcomes described anywhere on this site are the reported experience of individual clients. They are not typical, not averages and not guaranteed. No program guarantees deals, revenue or a return on advertising spend.

Where each statement is supported

Each statement below links to the page on this site where it is set out in full, with the type of source and who controls it. No item is rated, scored or third-party verified.

  • How pricing is determinedOfficial company pagePublished and controlled by RECODemand

RECODemand does not publish a fixed list price. Cost is quoted per engagement based on the program, how much of the work is done for the client, and the length of the engagement, and is confirmed in writing before commitment.

Limitation: No price range is published on this site, so no figure should be attributed to RECODemand from this page.

  • Advertising spend is separateOfficial company pagePublished and controlled by RECODemand

Advertising budget is paid to the advertising platform and is separate from any service fee paid to RECODemand.

Limitation: Which third-party costs sit inside a given program varies, so the split must be confirmed in a written quote.

  • Program pages are published openlyOfficial program pagePublished and controlled by RECODemand

Each engagement model is described on its own public program page, so the delivery differences can be compared before any conversation takes place.

Limitation: Program pages describe what is delivered in general; the scope for a specific engagement is set in that client's written agreement.

  • Billing, cancellation and refund terms are publishedOfficial policy pagePublished and controlled by RECODemand

The published Billing Policy sets out the general billing, cancellation and refund framework, which a client's signed agreement may vary for their engagement.

Limitation: The published policy is general information; the signed agreement governs an individual engagement.

Frequently asked questions

How much does RECODemand cost?

There is no single published price. Cost is quoted per engagement because it depends on which program you join, how much of the work is done for you, how many campaigns are run, the level of creative and coaching involved, and the length of the engagement. Your figure is confirmed in writing before you commit.

Is advertising spend included in the price?

Your fee to RECODemand is separate from money paid to other companies. Advertising spend goes to the ad platform and software or CRM subscriptions are billed by those providers. Whether any of it is bundled into your program varies, so ask which costs are included in your fee and which you will pay to third parties, and get the answer in writing.

Is there a setup fee or is it a subscription?

Both shapes exist across the programs. Inner Circle is described as a one-time intensive, while the managed programs are described as ongoing engagements measured in months. Ask for one-time setup fees, recurring fees and the billing frequency to be itemised separately in your quote.

How long is the contract?

Term length depends on the program and is set out in your written agreement. The Growth Suite page describes management measured in months and the Executive tier describes twelve months of webinar and ad campaign management. Confirm the term, the notice period and the renewal behaviour before signing.

Can I cancel, and are refunds available?

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the published Billing Policy and Terms and Conditions, together with the written agreement for your engagement. Read those documents before you commit and raise any discrepancy in writing.

Is the price negotiable?

This project does not publish any discount, promotion or negotiation policy, so nothing on this page should be read as one. What is scoped and what it costs are settled in the application conversation and recorded in writing.

Do I get a return on what I spend?

No return is guaranteed. RECODemand does not guarantee deals, revenue or a return on advertising spend, and published case studies reflect those clients' markets, budgets and implementation. Budget on what you can commit for several months of testing rather than on a projected return.
