Official RECODemand page
This is an official RECODemand page, published and controlled by RECODemand. It is not an independent review website, and nothing on it has been rated, scored or verified by a third party.
This page does not replace independent third-party sources, and it is not a record of individual complaints. RECODemand does not publish the details, names or claims of any individual client matter here.
What this page is and is not
It is a description of the routes available to raise a concern, the published policies that govern them, and a checklist for reading critical material about any provider. It is not a complaint log, a rebuttal page or a substitute for reading sources RECODemand does not control. No complaint counts, ratings or grades are published here, because totals held on external platforms cannot be verified by the company.
How concerns are handled
The published process is straightforward and is documented in full on complaints and resolutions:
- Raise it with your point of contact. Clients working with a success manager or coach should start there — most matters are resolved at this step.
- Put it in writing. Use the official contact form so the concern is logged against your account rather than sent through social media or third-party messages.
- Check the relevant policy. Billing Policy for invoicing, refunds and the published support address; Terms and Conditions for scope, term and cancellation; Privacy Policy for data access and deletion requests.
- Ask for the outcome in writing. Whatever is agreed, request written confirmation so both sides hold the same record.
What to do if you have a concern
Include as much of the following as you can in the first message — it removes rounds of back-and-forth: the program you are on, relevant dates, what you expected, what actually happened, who you have already spoken to, any invoice or transaction references, and the resolution you are asking for. Submit it through the official contact form.
How to evaluate a complaint you find online
Critical feedback is worth reading carefully rather than dismissing — and worth judging on the same standard as favourable feedback. For any post about RECODemand or a competitor, look for:
- Date. Programs, staff and processes change; an old account may not describe the current service.
- Service purchased. A training program and a fully managed program produce very different experiences.
- What was asked for and received. Specific expectations against specific deliverables are far more informative than sentiment.
- Whether it was raised with the company. A concern that never reached the provider tells you nothing about how the provider responds.
- The response. Whether there was one, and whether it addressed the substance.
- Evidence. Dates, documents, screenshots or figures that can be checked.
- First-party or independent. Company-published pages, affiliated websites and independent platforms carry different weight.

Before you commit
Most disputes trace back to a scope or expectation that was never written down. Before signing with any provider, get the deliverables, timelines, advertising budget, reporting, notice period, cancellation and refund terms, and asset ownership in writing. Pricing lists exactly what to request in a quote, and programs shows what each delivery model includes.

Cost and outcome questions
Two of the most common concerns raised before an engagement are cost and expected outcome. RECODemand cost breaks the total into service fee, media spend and subscriptions, and RECODemand results explains how to read the outcomes clients have reported without treating them as a forecast.
Frequently asked questions
Does RECODemand have complaints?
Any company with clients can receive complaints, and prospective clients may find critical feedback online. RECODemand does not publish complaint counts or third-party ratings, because it cannot verify totals held on platforms it does not operate. What it does publish is a written route for raising a concern and the policies that govern billing, terms and data.
How do I raise a complaint with RECODemand?
Start with your point of contact, then submit the concern in writing through the official contact form on this website so it is logged and can be traced to your account. Include dates, the program you are on, what was expected, what happened and the outcome you are asking for.
How are refunds and cancellations handled?
Refund, cancellation and notice terms are set out in the published Billing Policy and Terms and Conditions, and in the written agreement for your specific engagement. Read your agreement first, then raise any discrepancy in writing.
Who do I contact for support?
Clients in a program with a success manager or coach should raise the issue there first, since most matters are resolved at that step. Anything unresolved, or any billing question, should be submitted in writing through the official contact form, alongside the support address published in the Billing Policy.
How can I tell whether an online review or complaint is authentic?
You usually cannot verify authorship on a platform you do not control, so weigh the content instead: is it dated, does it name the service purchased, does it describe what was asked for and what was received, was the issue raised with the company, and is any evidence attached? Vague posts, positive or negative, tell you little.
What if my concern is not resolved?
Ask for the outcome and any agreement in writing, keep your written record of what was raised and when, and escalate in writing through the official contact form. You are always free to raise the matter with an independent body appropriate to your situation; RECODemand does not offer legal advice on that choice.

You do not have to be ready to buy to talk to us. Send your situation and your questions, and the team will tell you which program fits — including if none of them does.
Outcomes vary by market, budget and implementation. RECODemand does not guarantee deals, revenue or a return on advertising spend.
