What is RECODemand?
RECODemand — also written RECO Demand — is a marketing and growth company for real estate agents and mortgage professionals. It builds educational webinar funnels that attract, educate and convert prospects into booked appointments, and offers programs ranging from setup and training to fully managed campaigns.
Is RECODemand the same as RECO Demand?
Yes. RECODemand and RECO Demand refer to the same company. Both spellings appear in branding and in search.
Who does RECODemand work with?
Real estate agents and teams, mortgage brokers and loan officers, and mortgage or brokerage leaders who want a predictable client acquisition system rather than ad-hoc lead buying.
What does RECODemand actually deliver?
Depending on the program: webinar strategy and content structure, funnel and registration infrastructure, advertising campaigns, follow-up and nurture automation, CRM setup, coaching, and ongoing optimisation of the campaigns.
Which programs does RECODemand offer?
Inner Circle is a one-time setup and training intensive. Growth Suite is the managed collection. Executive is fully managed webinar and ad campaign management. Executive Plus extends the managed model with additional systems and assets.
How much does RECODemand cost?
Pricing is quoted per engagement rather than published as a fixed list, because cost depends on the program, how much work is done for you, and the length of the engagement. Your figure is confirmed in writing before you commit.
Is advertising spend included in the price?
Advertising budget is paid to the ad platform and is separate from software and CRM subscriptions billed by those providers. Whether any of these are bundled varies by program, so ask which costs are included in your fee and get the answer in writing.
Does RECODemand guarantee results?
No. RECODemand does not guarantee deals, revenue or a return on advertising spend. Published case studies describe individual clients' experiences in their own markets, with their own budgets and level of implementation.
How long before a webinar funnel produces results?
Webinar funnels are built, launched and then iterated over months rather than days. Setup, first campaigns and enough data to judge performance all take time, and consistency in presenting and following up is a major factor.
Do I have to host webinars myself?
The system is built around you as the educator, but campaigns can run live or with pre-recorded webinar formats depending on the program. The managed programs run the campaigns for you while you present and close.
Where can I find RECODemand reviews?
The official reviews page on this site links to published case studies and to the separate RECODemand Reviews website, and explains how to evaluate marketing reviews critically.
Is RECODemand legit?
RECODemand publishes its programs, terms, billing policy, privacy policy and client case studies openly on recodemand.com so prospective clients can evaluate the company before committing. The 'Is RECODemand legit?' page sets out those facts and a checklist for assessing any marketing provider.
How do I raise a complaint or billing issue?
Start with your point of contact, then submit the issue in writing through the official contact form so it is logged. Billing questions should be read alongside the Billing Policy, which publishes the support address.
What happens to my funnels and data if I stop working with RECODemand?
Ask for this in writing before you sign. Your agreement should state which assets — funnels, creative, lists and CRM data — you keep if the engagement ends, along with notice periods and cancellation terms.
How does RECODemand handle my data?
Data handling, including CRM data and requests for access or deletion, is described in the Privacy Policy published on this site.
How do I get started?
Submit an application through the apply page. The team will discuss your market, goals and budget, and recommend which program fits — including telling you if none of them does.
