Official RECODemand page
This is an official RECODemand page, published and controlled by RECODemand. It is not an independent review website, and nothing on it has been rated, scored or verified by a third party.
Every outcome below is an individual client’s own reported experience. No success rate, client total, average result or aggregate figure is published on this site, because none of those can be verified here.
What “results” actually means
“Results” is usually said as if it means one thing. In a webinar client-acquisition system it is a chain, and a weak link anywhere breaks the number at the end:
- Registrations. How many people sign up. Driven mostly by the offer and the advertising budget behind it.
- Attendance. How many of them actually show up, live or on replay.
- Appointments. How many attendees book a conversation afterwards.
- Follow-up activity. What happens to everyone who did not book immediately — the part most people skip, and the part that usually decides the total.
- Pipeline. Qualified opportunities in progress, not yet closed.
- Closed business. The only number that pays, and the one furthest from the campaign that started it.
When any provider quotes a result, establish which link in that chain it describes. “500 registrations” and “five closed deals” are very different claims.
Published RECODemand case studies
These are the official first-party case studies published on this site. Each is a named client describing their own market, the system that was built, and the outcome they attribute to it.
Jan Leasure — Division President, Diamond Residential Mortgage Corp
Industry: Mortgage lending · Timeframe: Working with RECODemand since 2022
The situation: In-person seminars produced inconsistent attendance and required travel across states, with no way to predict turnout.
What was built: A customised webinar framework with presentation scripting, CRM integration, follow-up automation and weekly strategy calls.
What the client reports: 75 additional transactions closed, roughly 2 loans per month attributed to the webinars, a single event with 85 live attendees producing 5 closed deals, and reach extended across 14 states.
Josh Tagg — Mortgage broker
Industry: Mortgage brokerage
The situation: Flyers, in-person seminars and social prospecting produced unpredictable lead flow and long days spent chasing cold leads.
What was built: An automated webinar funnel for first-time homebuyers with targeted ads, instant booking, and CRM email nurture, later moving from live to pre-recorded sessions.
What the client reports: Over 160 mortgages closed and roughly $60 million in funded business, with an average funded deal of about $400,000.
Every published client story is indexed on the case study hub. There are no others held back — what is published is what exists, and how each one is sourced and documented is set out separately.

How to interpret a reported outcome
Before you transfer any of the numbers above onto your own business, work through these seven filters. They explain most of the variation between clients:
- Market. Competition, price points and audience size change what the same campaign produces.
- Timeframe. An outcome accumulated over years reads very differently from the same figure in a quarter. Check the period before comparing.
- Program. A self-run system and a fully managed one are different engagements with different amounts of work on each side.
- Advertising spend. Registration volume tracks budget closely. An outcome without its spend attached is only half the story.
- Implementation. Did the person present consistently and act on coaching? This is usually the largest single variable.
- Follow-up. Most closed business comes from attendees who did not book on the day. Weak follow-up sinks strong campaigns.
- Attribution. Ask how a closed deal was traced back to a webinar. Where that link is loose, treat the number as directional.
What RECODemand does not guarantee
RECODemand does not guarantee deals, revenue, a return on advertising spend, a registration volume, a timeline to first close, or that any published outcome will be repeated. It does not publish success rates, client counts, averages or third-party verification of the figures above. The case studies are first-party accounts, not independent proof, and any figure discussed in a sales conversation is an illustration unless it appears in your written agreement.
Results disclaimer: outcomes described anywhere on this site are the reported experience of individual clients. They are not typical, not averages and not guaranteed. No program guarantees deals, revenue or a return on advertising spend.

Frequently asked questions
Does RECODemand work?
The honest answer is that it has worked for the clients whose case studies are published here, in their markets, with their budgets and their level of implementation. Those are individual reported experiences rather than an expected result, and this site publishes no success rate, client total or average outcome because none is verifiable here.
Does RECODemand guarantee results?
No. RECODemand does not guarantee deals, revenue or a return on advertising spend. Any figure discussed in a sales conversation is an illustration, not a commitment, unless it appears in your written agreement.
How long before results appear?
This project does not publish a typical timeline, and anyone who quotes you one without knowing your market is guessing. What the published case studies show is that the reported outcomes accumulated over extended periods — Jan Leasure's page describes work with RECODemand since 2022 — as campaigns were iterated. Plan for months of testing, not days.
How are results attributed to the webinars?
Attribution is the hardest part of any marketing claim. In the published case studies the outcomes are what the clients themselves attribute to the webinar system, not an independently audited measurement. When you evaluate any provider's numbers, ask how a closed deal was traced back to a campaign.
Are these case studies independent?
No. They are first-party case studies published by RECODemand and written up from clients' own accounts. They are useful for understanding the approach and the context; they are not third-party verification and should be read alongside sources RECODemand does not control.
Will I get the same results?
Almost certainly not the same, because your market, budget, offer, audience and implementation are different. Use the case studies to judge whether the approach suits your business, not to forecast your own numbers.
How do I know whether this is a fit for me?
The model assumes you are willing to teach an audience, present webinars consistently and follow up with attendees, and that you can fund advertising alongside the service fee. If that does not describe how you want to work, say so during the application conversation.
